Stephen - Co-founder, Instructor
Stephen is a teacher, musician and studio engineer with over 15 years of teaching experience as a private and group instructor. He specializes in guitar, bass, piano, drums, ukulele and songwriting/production. He holds a degree in Songwriting and Guitar Performance from Berklee College of Music.
"I find that when a kid starts writing songs with what they know, and with that they're learning in lessons, it just sinks in so much deeper.
Those are the kids that keep coming back to music, even if they bounce around from instrument to instrument, or if they take a break for a while to explore another interest... they tend to play music for life."
-Stephen Selman, Co-Founder of EMS
